Our Selimpaşa facility is a modern industrial complex with more than 20,000 m² of covered production area and 10,000 m² of storage capacity. Our Malkara factory adds production strength with 7,000 m² of space. With a total covered area of 37,000+ m², we produce with a plastic processing capacity of 1,000 tons per month and 12,000-14,000 tons per year.
With this method, in which high-quality, recyclable Polypropylene (PP) raw material melted by heat is injected into moulds and shaped, we produce complex designs with high dimensional precision. Thanks to our giant 3,000-ton machines, we carry out mass production in every size, from the smallest production pots to landscape pots of up to 5,000 litres.
This technique, which we use to manufacture large-volume plastic pots with complex geometric shapes, enables us to design our wide product range flexibly and flawlessly.
We see the pot not merely as a 'container' but as the most critical habitat for a plant's biological success. We manufacture with precision drainage holes that prevent root rot, raised grid ventilation systems, UV-protective additives, thermal insulation and optimum wall-thickness engineering. For species that require root photosynthesis, such as orchids and cyclamens, we produce special transparent moulds with high light transmittance.
